This May, SSS & Beyond took to the runway at Miami Swim Week 2026 — the world's premier platform for swimwear and resort fashion — to present a collection unlike anything we've created before. Developed in collaboration with the Schmidt Ocean Institute, Ocean Beauty is our love letter to the ocean: the place that inspires everything we design, and the ecosystem we're committed to protecting.
The World's Biggest Stage for Swim
Every year, Miami Beach becomes the global epicenter of swimwear fashion. From May 27–31, designers, buyers, press, and tastemakers from around the world gathered for five days of runway shows, trade exhibitions, and brand activations. For SSS & Beyond, showing at Miami Swim Week 2026 was more than a milestone — it was the perfect stage to share a message that goes deeper than fashion.
Fashion Meets Ocean Science
Our presentation was created in partnership with the Schmidt Ocean Institute, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to advancing oceanographic research and discovery. From its research vessel Falkor (too), the Institute's teams explore the least understood parts of our planet — mapping the seafloor, documenting new species, and openly sharing their findings with the world.
That spirit of exploration shaped every piece in the collection. The result is swimwear that doesn't just look like the ocean — it tells its story.
